The cover of the 2005 Housing Works Annual Report appears to read "000: AIDS Is Over". That is, until fully opened along with the front and back flaps to reveal four full panels.The message is transformed to "30,000 Don't Think AIDS Is Over". To illustrate how massive this number is, the background is covered with 30,000 icons of human figures.
